The Flex Kit from So Dance is a foot and ankle strength and stretching tool that eliminates the need to manually manipulate TheraBand's. Flex uses the dancer's waist as an anchor, so they can push, pull, twist in all directions to work the foot and ankle muscles. Set the exact level of resistance you like depending on your personal needs and adjust as you grow stronger and more flexible!
